In this meeting all of the doers of technology get together and brainstorm and carry out the future our our church&amp;#39;s media use. &lt;br /&gt;A short list of our recent accomplishments: Facebook (A church page dedicated to all-church events), Securing Twitter account names for future use, Online event Registration(with payments), internal use of an intranet &amp;amp; sharepoint, upgrading our internal church database using Arena(a product of Shelby)and future talk of online giving, website restructuring, Sunday morning video use and the list could go on. The truth is that technology is here to say, and those that ignore it will only be left behind. I&amp;#39;m interested to see how other churches are moving into the future. - Sam Cornwell, www.christian-life.com</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3373748948048064487/7047037423436285660/comments/default/559136520220304890'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3373748948048064487/7047037423436285660/comments/default/559136520220304890'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.creativechurchstuff.com/2009/07/church-and-technology.html?showComment=1248468244793#c559136520220304890' title=''/><author><name>Sam</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/07333405047592122009</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.creativechurchstuff.com/2009/07/church-and-technology.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3373748948048064487.post-7047037423436285660' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/3373748948048064487/posts/default/7047037423436285660' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
